Change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive your order. Returns are free of charge. For damaged, incorrect or defective items, requests are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order.
Please check the delivery date and today’s date before submitting your request. Change-of-mind requests made after this period will not be processed. After reviewing your request, our team will send you the return instructions and, when applicable, the return label or authorization for your order.
