Return Policy on Customer Remorse
If you change your mind, items can be returned within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Please submit your request via our official Return & Exchange Form.
Conditions for returns due to change of mind:
Items with a manufacturer seal must remain unopened.
Products must be in their original packaging with all original accessories included.
In cases of customer remorse, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy on Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us via our Return & Exchange Form.
You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to request a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us, and a prepaid return label will be provided.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours before it has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return policy above according to your case.
Lost Shipments
If at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please submit a request via our Return & Exchange Form.
We will investigate with the courier service within 5 business days.
If the shipment cannot be located, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Processing time: 5–10 business days.
